We’ve worked hard to simplify this process as much as possible for you, while still maximizing efficiency to keep costs low, and minimize what you pay in taxes, as much as legally possible.

The form makes sure you live within the areas we serve, gathers your contact information, and begins the account setup process so we can get started. There is a one-time account setup fee of $20 for individuals, $35 for businesses.

Submit your tax return from last year

Submit your prior year’s return

This allows us to assess the complexity of your tax situation and give you a firm quote for your return. It also allows us to plan for which documents we will need for the current year’s return.

After reviewing your prior return and asking some follow-up questions, we’ll provide you with a written quote for completion of your tax return. Once approved by you, you have your spot reserved in our production system.

Send us your documents

Send us your documents

We strongly recommend you send us your documents as you receive them. That way, if something gets lost or you forget later, it won’t matter, because we already have it.

Talk to us

Talk to us

We will start your return after we’ve received all of your documents. Please tell us when we have all of them so we can get your return started. Typically, we complete individual returns within 7 days of receipt of all documents. We do not begin the return until we have all documents, so don’t delay!

Also, please ask questions, if you are concerned about something, if you’re not sure about a document, etc. We’ll happily speak with you by phone, text message, video chat, or whatever works best for you.

Again, typically we complete individual returns within 7 days after receiving all documents (this can fluctuate based on seasonality– get your documents in as soon as possible for best results!). We do not begin the return until all documents are received, as this helps us take advantage of each and every deduction and credit opportunity by giving us all the information up front (and more efficient for us means we keep your costs down). Win-win.

Review & sign your return

After we’ve completed your return, we’ll send you a draft copy to review, and then you can electronically sign to approve it for submission to the IRS.

After that, cozy up and make plans for your refund! It’ll be here sooner than you think.
